Get to know the characters of Rebirth

The release of Rebirth: Book 1 in The Reluctant Warrior Chronicles, is only 13 days away!

To celebrate the event, I thought I’d give you an inside look at the characters.

Since Rebirth is a darker story that deals with some tough issues, I’ve injected humor into the pages to lighten things up. I’d like to do the same here.

Yeah, they’re warriors, and yeah, things look pretty bleak at times. But if there’s one message I want you to take from these stories, it’s that there is always hope. No matter how dark your situation, there is light to be found.

On that note, I want these character profiles to be lighthearted and give you a peek at the real people. You know, something other than the weapons and battles and rip your heart out love stuff.

So this little project needs to be special. Something fresh. Something to let you readers have fun with these characters outside the pages of the books.

Maybe an in depth blog post, complete with pictures? Hm. Not special enough.

A Facebook post giving a blurb, a couple of nice head shots, and maybe a song for each of them? Nope. Still wouldn’t cut it.

So, I’ve created a few for you.

Liz, Ryland, Arie, and Blake will all star in their own 30 second mini movie. Starting today, I’ll release one a day until Sunday. Then, I’ll release a new mini trailer! A one minute spot with a little different look at Rebirth than what you’ve seen.

After that, well come Tuesday, the countdown fun begins! I’ll have special features each day, counting down the last 7 days until Rebirth’s release.
